What You'll Do

  • Identify and build highly targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clay
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel outreach (email + LinkedIn) with strong focus on personalization and performance
  • Continuously deliver qualified leads and ensure a steady flow into the sales pipeline
  • Track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and improve conversion rates over time
  • Own and optimize the lead generation tech stack, leveraging automation and AI wherever possible
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and targeting based on real market feedback

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, outbound, sales, or growth - ideally in SaaS or performance-driven environments
  • Relentless sales mindset - you don't stop after the first or second touchpoint; results come from consistent follow-up
  • Ownership & execution - you think in systems, act independently, and get things done without waiting for instructions
  • Strong interest in SaaS, performance marketing, and data-driven growth
  • Fluent in English
  • High drive to learn and improve - you want to grow fast and take on responsibility

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing tracking / attribution tools
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation
  • Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clay
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing startup
