What You'll Do

  • Run high-quality demo calls that uncover real pain points, clearly communicate value, and position LeadJourney as the obvious solution
  • Take ownership of the full closing process — from demo to signed deal — with a strong focus on conversion and urgency
  • Understand each prospect's business model, marketing setup, and challenges to tailor your pitch and maximize deal value
  • Manage your pipeline efficiently, follow up consistently, and ensure no opportunity gets lost
  • Track your close rates, analyze objections, and continuously improve your sales approach
  • Work closely with the lead generation team to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion rates
  • Bring insights from calls back to the team to refine ICPs, positioning, and product development

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in closing, sales, or account executive roles — ideally in SaaS or performance-driven environments
  • Strong closing mindset — you know how to move deals forward and create urgency
  • Confident communicator — you can lead conversations, handle objections, and build trust quickly
  • Ownership & execution — you take responsibility for your pipeline and results
  • Experience running demos or sales calls (B2B)
  • Strong interest in SaaS, performance marketing, and data-driven growth
  • Fluent in English
  • High drive to improve — you want to get better at sales and grow fast

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing tracking / attribution tools
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing SaaS startup
  • Experience selling to agencies or lead generation companies
